Can you tell me more about the types of properties you take on?
We typically take on properties of four bedrooms and above. However, we’re open to review suitability on a case by case basis.
What happens if a tenant is late to pay?
Whether a tenant’s payment is missing or late, we guarantee that your rent will be paid on time, each and every month.
Do I have to pay the utility bills?
All utility bills will be taken care of by us, including council tax.
Do I have to pay fees?
You will not have to pay any fees.
How much can you get for my property each month?

Will you find tenants for my property?
Absolutely. From perfectly capturing what your property has to offer, placing adverts, and handling tenant vetting; through to tenant onboarding, plus offboarding.
How long are the contracts?
We typically take on long term contracts of 3 – 7 years. However, the length of the contract is open for negotiation during the contract review process.
Will I have to handle maintenance and calls from tenants?
Not at all. As part of our property management service, we are available to your tenants as and when needed. We deal with all queries and issues that arise.
