We Work In Partnership With Letting Agents

For agencies that are already fully managing HMO properties for landlords, what we offer is two-fold. The first element is freedom from tenant management, and the second is your fees paid as normal. Fees that you’ll get from the guaranteed rent that we’ll send to you each month.

We take on the responsibility of finding professional tenants for a suitable HMO property and we handle:

Tenant onboarding, including referencing, drawing up AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) contracts, deposit protection and rent collection

Timely responses to tenant queries and issues

Tenant off-boarding and property inventory evaluation

We do all the above with great care and consideration, to ensure that both the property and tenants are taken care of, resulting in a satisfied landlord.

If your contract with a landlord is focused purely on finding tenants for their property, there’s still a way for us to work together. We, Brightly London would be the tenant. You introduce us to the landlord who then issues to you the pre-established tenant finders fee. With a successful introduction, the landlord enlists Brightly London to fully manage their property, after which we will pay you, the letting agent a thank-you fee.
